All print-on-demand items are made to order and are final sale. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges.

Digital downloads

All digital downloads are final sale. No refunds.

Coloring books

Coloring books are absolutely non-refundable — no exceptions. If your file is defective, contact us and we will send you a corrected replacement file.

Ordinary physical products

Only ordinary physical products are eligible for returns. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. If your item has shipped, you must wait until it is delivered before requesting a return or refund. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Please contact the store before returning anything.

Order records

We keep tracking numbers, receipts, order records, customer messages, and delivery status on file for every order.
