TERMS OF SERVICE — Mystic Moon Emporium

By purchasing any product from Mystic Moon Emporium ("the Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not buy from us.

1. PRODUCTS SOLD AS-IS

All products are sold as-is. We describe our products honestly, but we make no guarantees about results, fit, or your personal satisfaction beyond what is stated in the product listing.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK / NO LIABILITY FOR INJURY

You use every product you buy from us at your own risk. Mystic Moon Emporium, its owner, and its suppliers are not liable for any injury, harm, allergic reaction, damage, or loss that comes from using, wearing, or handling any product — whether you use it correctly or not. If a product could hurt you, don't use it that way. That's on you, not us.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by Texas and United States law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will never exceed the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — ever.

4. NO LAWSUITS / WAIVER

By buying from us, you agree not to sue Mystic Moon Emporium, its owner, or its suppliers over any product you purchase, to the fullest extent the law allows. Any dispute will be handled under the laws of the State of Texas.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Print-on-demand items are made to order just for you — all sales are final. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges. Digital downloads are final sale. No refunds. Coloring books are absolutely non-refundable; if your file is defective, we will replace it with a corrected file. Only ordinary physical products may be returned, subject to the product being unused and in its original condition. If your item has shipped, you must wait until it is delivered before requesting a return or refund.

6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices can change at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, you will receive a full refund for that item.

7. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law.
