1. WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Your order ships after your payment has fully cleared and the funds are in our account. Until the money hits our balance, nothing moves — no exceptions. Once funds are confirmed, we purchase and ship your item promptly.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping speed depends on the product and where it ships from. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in the product listing. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays happen and they're out of our hands.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. WRONG ADDRESS

Make sure your shipping address is correct before you order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed because of an address you entered wrong.

5. TRACKING
